I've got my PS2 just as i want it, it boots straight to the Hard drive (Exploit) and then i can load Hd loader so i can choose my games. I am now bored as i have nothing to mod anymore. So i thought it would be really cool to change the HDD activity light from Orange to Blue/Purple!

Does anyone know how to do this and is it easy? I was going to cut a hole in the front of the PS2 where the light comes through and replace it with some clear plastic so you can see the light better!

Any Ideas?

I've done this for my GameCube power LED, but not for the PS2. I assume it would be similar. You'd want to figure out what power of LED you'll need (likely a 3.3V or a 5V) and then you just have to figure out the current polarity so you can install the new LED the same direction.
