DVR-MS Lipsync Problems NVE4 (Nero 7)

I've been using Nero 7 to burn MCE recordings to dvd for some
time, but since I applied the latest version of nero 7, the lipsync
never works, therefore, I find myself demultiplexing the output,
sorting the lipsync in cutterman and importing the file back into
nero again.

This process is a little long winded - so I was wondering if anyone
else is having similar problems, or could give me a clue about what
might be going wrong.

I'll post the logs later
