Will the MPH Loader work with higher than 2.0 required games?

I just bought Generation of Chaos, and it wont load the game, as it requires 2.6 update to play?

Any help? Thanks.

NO no. I HAVE THE ACTUAL UMD. I want to play the UMD without having to update my PSP.

I dont know if that is what you were talking about, but I want to have the actual UMD while playing, as Generations of Chaos is not able to be booted from anything but UMD

yeah, thats the sucky thing about it. new games that are being released now need the firmware to be above 2.x to stop the hacks :( . wut u COULD prob do is... firmware tricking. meebe it will work, meebe not. not sure how its done, but ive heard of it. didnt need to do it cauz i got good nuff games atm to play ^_^ . google psp firmware tricking for more info.

stx version changer and wab version changer are two progs that trick your psp into thinking it has a newer version.. it doesnt install any codecs or things of the sort just changes the number..
and it doesn't work for a lot of games
