You ever noticed how the inside of the lid for slim ps2 is the exact same size as a disc? Well this is for all you REALLY CHEAP bastards out there. Instead of buying magic switch or whatever else it's called, just cut the pattern out of the lid. I've seen it work with my own two eyes. As soon as I can track down my psycho friend down that "modified" his in such a manor I'll have pictures to share.

Why not spring for the extra $2 for the package with the slimtool tool?

In my eyes there isn't much difference between butchering the lid and using tissue paper and tape like I've heard other people have used.
Anyways, it's just a method I didn't say it was a good one.
