trouble installing ac-3 acm decompressor

I have an avi movie that has ac 3 sound and avi2dvd doesn't see the audio file and searching the net, I learned that I should use Ac-3 ACM decompressor and that it works with aviSinth.
so, Idownloaded it and I can not install it


It says:
; AC-3 ACM Codec install file
; Usage: right-click on this file and choose "Install"

but when I right-click on the file there's no install.


Can anyoane help me , please

Download AC3 Filter from this site and install. You shouldnt have a problem.
