Hi,

I have a 1.5 PSP and have got an ISO backup on my memory stick of my Worms Open Warfare game, however I don't seem to be able to load this without upgrading my firmware to 2.60.

If I try and play it from the UMD is says to upgrade
If I try and play it from the memory stick (using fast loader 0.7 or umdemulator 0.8c) it either errors or turns off my PSP.

Is there any way that I can play this without upgrading to 2.60 and ideally using my ISO file?

I don't think worms is a working iso.
You can try using wab changer, which tricks your psp into thinking its an older version. Its a shot in the dark and probably wont work but that would be your only option. If you're a lil patient you may see this game get cracked in the next couple of weeks as about 25 games were cracked in the last two weeks. Or you could update your psp if this one game means that much to you. But once you go to a 2.6 you definitly will never be able to plaay a back-up again and you wont be able to change your firmware back
