Nero DVD-Video (VR) vs DVD-Video??

Does anyone know if a Nero 7, Vision 4 project started as DVD Video (VR) can be converted or reopened/re-started as a DVD Video project?

My problem is that I started a project as DVD-Video (VR) and at time of making a burn found out that burn to Hard Drive and Image is unavailable. Is that normal? If burn to Hard Drive and Image is not supported in a DVD-Video (VR) project, can this project be re-initiated as DVD-Video without having to start over entering AVI and Audio clips?

Since the video construction (story board, time-line) procedure seems to be identical -- why can't the decision as to burn as DVD-Video or DVD-VR be made at the time a burn is made instead at the beginning of a project, if the project type can't be changes without losing the previously enters aufio and video clips?
