Having problems getting dvd2one to process ripped files from dvd decrypter 3.1.5, getting windows errors messaging. But 3.1.4 seems to be working fine, so avoid upgrading to 3.5.1 if using dvd2one.

I'm using them (DVD Decrypter and DVD2One)together and they work fine! No problems whatsoever with 3.1.4 or 3.1.5! I have used both DVD2One 1.1.2 and 1.1.3 with them!

I've got big problems in trying to decrypt a movie, any movie. I have tried DVD decripter and smartripper and when it finishes and I open DVD2one and make the settings I get a box that say's encrypted date detected and DVD2one cannot decrypt. The it cancels the program. I have tried playing the DVD for several minutes as was suggested to open the macro but that did not give me any better results. What am I doing wrong here? I have tried several movies and they all get the same results. Any help would be appreciated.........

You've done something wrong cos no-one has spoke of the problems that seem to be haunting you.
I'd try checking your system if I were you.
Have you changed anything lately etc ??
P.S. - Have you had a successful burn to date ?

There is problems with 3.1.5.0 it will process but be corrupt afterwards try playing from hard drive (ripped version)before DVD2ONE if bad then go back to 3140 Lightning says 3160 should fix most of the problems it will be out soon. He said that when he changed the way the DVD-rom drive handled the DE-CSS some rom drives choked at it.

I read something about this but put it down to old DVD-Rom drives...if thats the case I dont know if there is an excuse anymore because a brand new drive costs £35 (Lite-On 165H) and that'd cure things like reading RAM discs like the people with drives may have. And whatever other problems may occur.
I've seen his posts & he has suggested also that if anyone has a problem with a paticular drive if they wish to donate or send their own drive he will research a fix for it.
Lighning_UK , he's a top bloke.

I have not changed anything on my system. The burner is new and this is the first movie I have tried to burn. I have played DVD's on it and everything checks out OK. No glitches on my system. I have two computers networked and I sometimes run my laptop on the same network. All systems are OK as far as I can tell....So far I have made three coasters trying to get these movies copied..........

Not true for old DVD-Rom drives as I have a new one and 3150 doesn't work but 3140 does Its a Samsung (DELL OEM) drive. I have chatted back and forth with Lightning on this as I tried different drives for him.

OK
Old...crappy
Same thing!!: )
Only joking
I used to deliver DELL products. LMAO
I have had one slight problem with DVD Decrypter 3.1.5 & that is that it didn't select ALL FILES like I had chosen.
So I reverted back to trusty Smartripper.
Sorry to hear about your unfortunate Dell OEM goods

I downloaded the latest dvd decrypter and I still get the same cannot decrypt message. Would not having an aspi adapter have anything to do with this mess. I get this box on smartripper, when I click OK it shows the list of files to be decrypted then it does it but then DVD2)NE say's it cannot decript.............
