i waqs just wondering how a dvd's bitrate can be found, or for that matter, how a mpeg or any other video format's bitrate can be found. Is there a program out there that can give you this information

Download GSpot . Free prog that will tell you the bitrate and codecs in any video file.

hey thanks man. what is rendering, if i load a movie and hit one of the 1 buttons on the bottom left corner it says i can render by hitting the 2 buton?

Also in what field is the video bitrate?

is there a website or something i can download to tell me what all these abbreviations on g spot are?

If you have Nero Recode2, the bitrate can be found under the Info tab after the DVD has been imported/analyzed...

Just look to the right, under the video section and look for the kbps.
