I have this DVD of a movie and it doesnt have any subtitles of a language I can understand. I downloaded a subtitle for it..and im wondering how I can use it. Im not really looking for way to add the subtitles on the DVD(that would be fine though)..but im just wondering how I can view the subtitles while watching the DVD.. Is there a software or at least..any way that can make this possible? I dont really know how to phrase the question but I hope you kinda have an idea of what i just said.. I hope you help me guys.. I really need this... thanks in advance :D

I hear that loading external subtitles is now working for DVD's in Media Player Classic. VLC or mplayer should also work.

I have the perfect thing for you! Download VobSub. Use Submux and drag your .AVI and .srt to it and click Mix. It will create a new .AVI with the subtitles attatched. (although it wont work if you burn the DVD, it'll just work on the computer)

As long as your subtitles are in sub or srt format, here is a guide for FFDShow or VobSub so that you can view on your pc or burn to dvd:http://www.videohelp.com/forum/userguides/153058.php Just remember that you can only use Windows Media Player or encode with TMPGEnc.
