ive got a creative zen touch 20gb but dont have the software c.d. i cant put tracks on the mp2 player coz in my computer it only gives me the option to delete files. Can someone please tell me where i can get the stuff i need to move files to and from my zen.
i had this problem once when i was away from home with laptop and didn't have the cd. i found the software on creative's website, though it didn't work as well as the proper install cd (though more than likely i just didn't install it right from the downloaded files)
yh ive jus been on da website and hve found the software, i dont have the charger, but the battery is really low. When i connected it to my computer with the usb cable and turned the zen touch off, it charged, but now its stopped. if u no how to charge it plz tell me. thankz
it does charge thru USB, however very slowly in my opinion. i was carrying my charger around in my work bag all the time and it annoys me carrying chargers. so what i was gonna try is one of those cheapy power adapters that have different voltages and end bits for different sized gadgets, just haven't tried it yet as hadn't checked it wasn't gonna blow up the Zen
