dms4 lite wont load!

here's the deal.A friend of mine installed a dms4 lite on my v14 scph75001 console.The problem is the chip isnt turning on so i can flash the bios,thus it aint playing any copied games.Apparently everything has been done correctly but the chip just wont turn on.Any idea what could be causing this?

what bios did you try to flash it with? Can you post a link were you downloaded it?

Is it the old style DMS4 Lite or the new DMS4 Lite SE? Your console model 75001 is the V14/15 version and the old style will work but you have to flash upgrade it through the dev1 mode and have the flash installed to the memory card. If the chip is the newer DMS4 Lite SE then you can flash it from disc.

sadly i dont have the S.E so i'll have to flash it using a disc.this poses a big problem since i dont have a ps2 to upload the file onto my memory card.any suggestions?
