WEll me being the impatient bitch that i am, fed up waiting for my memory cards i went out an bought madden 06 this evening for my psp, and couldnt play it with firmware 1.5....i kinda half expected it anyways, i can get my money back on it no problems! but what i want to know is if i upgraded to 2.00 to play it for a few days...is it a big hassle to downgrade again?!
i really havent got ANY patience!!!

i'm not sure how big the flash files are for 2.0 games but u could always try using umdrun? that might work for it but, from what i've read on here if all it requires is 2.0 then it shouldn't be a big hastle to downgrade if u made sure it didn't go past the 2.0
but i'd try UMDrun and see if that would let it work (assuming u have a 32MB memory card)

To answer the question you asked sarah.. No it wont be a hastle at all.
You download two files, put some files on your psp. Run the update. Rebuild the psp. And then you have a 1.5 psp. When you're ready to downgrade if you need help come back.

hey guys i got the version 1.5 and i also got the MPH game loader the one that can also runs 2.+ games but i got GTA and runs nice but my madden umd doesnt do u guys know why?And why can i run my madden ISO and cant run madden UMD?

If the madden UMD requires you to update to 2.0 to play it, it might have some vids that require 2.0 codecs.
When the backup is ripped, it may have ripped the vids that need the codecs to run thus it will run.
If it does require 2.0, i suggest you upgrade and try it see if it works then downgrade.

my madden works if i update...the problem is if i got a UMD why shoul i use a iso?i could use my memoru card for another isos if u know the point...GTA run in my 1.5 and with MPH just madden i would like to make it work?THeres any list of working games with MPH?

i am pretty sure i play it on fastloader 7 fine. No mods.

actually i just got it to work on umdemulator!
i had to set it to copy load..
Now if i could only shrink this fucker.
Its 1,695,776 kbs.

guys my madden iso works....but my madden umd doesnt...my gta umd works with the mph...i think GTA requires a higher version then madden doesnt? so why GTA works And madden doesnt(im talking bout the umds)my version its 1.5 and my fastloader 0.8c and my MPH loader its the new one v1.1

Ok first off when your madden iso works is it in copy or direct? im just curious as to whether i must have my madden on copy...

This is his situation
He has a 1.5 psp, he has madden UMD (which requires 2.0 to play)
he backed up Madden and the iso runs on 1.5, but
He doesnt want to run the iso, he wants to run the UMD on 1.5.

a friend shrunk it for me i dont know what he did.
Id use UMD ripper it lets you know what your taking out, and how big the end result would be.

you never played viewtiful joe for gamecube?
its a 2d platform game that has slow-down(like matrix), and other cool stuff, if you don't like 2d games then idk if you'll like this one. Its enjoyable and entertaining tho, if you give it a chance.
so i take it, you like fps's?
