Burning PS1 game

I just downloaded a PS1 game that came with these 3 files:
CCD file ~ 785bytes
SUB file ~ 17.6MB
IMG file ~ 431MB

My question is, how can I burn these so they work on my playstation one? I'm not using a PS2! I have read alot of previously posted theories on this topic, and still cannot get this game to play. I have tried 120%alcohol, cloneCD, etc.

Do I have to convert this to ISO file?

I understand it might be a bad download, but the game works fine on ePSXe. I have used 120%alcohol to convert the .img to a .mds/.mdf, and then burned, but with no success.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Use Alcohol 120% image burning wizard select the ccd file and make sure you set data type to ps1 burn at 4X and provided the download is good it should work

I know it might be a dumb question but do you have a mod-chip or loader as it will not run without one.
