I have a psx game in .cmi format, i have ISOpen, it's the only (that i know) that can burn these kind of image files, the problem is that i just don't know how to use it cause im a retard.
Can someone tell me how the hell do i burn a image file on ISopen? ( i've already serached google for a tuturial, but i didn't find anything.

A quick search says the cmi extension is for CD Mate Images, so I'd suggest trying CD Mate:
