After you have flashed the bios. Download the latest EVOX. Then burn it to a CDRW that works with your XBOX. After EVOX loads you will be able to FTP to your XBOX with a FTP program. Hope this helps. There are ALOT of sites that have great tutorials.

Click link to find a tutorial on how to flash the bios. You will need to download a new bios, ozxflash, and xecuter 2 bios manager(x2bm).
