i have a TV tuner Card but didnt find a good program for capture the tv !
i try freeware like AVS TV box but quality pixelated !
if anyone can help me find one good and good quality too ! thanks !

man, there's a TON out there. A lot have PVR functions and are freeware. The only one I can think of off the top of my head is Sage TV, but I don't think its free. Just google "tv tuner" or something like that and you should fine plenty.

For the best quality mp3s use EAC (exact audio copy) to rip your audio CDs and LAME to encode them. Follow this guide:
