i have had dvd shrink for over a year now and after the disk has been scanned the disc would be automatically spit out and it would tell me to put in a blank dvd and then start recording it but now it is not doing that anymore i can not even copy any dvds now what is the problem

Is it giving you any kind of error message? Did you change your settings for DVD Shrink? Where are you putting your target location? Your Burner? Hard Disk? What kind of drive do you have? Have you recently updated the firmware? Are you still using Nero to burn after DVD Shrink finishes encoding? And uhm...do you have enough space for the backup files on your hard drive? If you can give more specifics you can get a better answer for your problem =)

He pretty much covered all the questions. I think the biggest ones are the media, drive (firmware etc.), settings, and amount of space on the HDD.
