I used to download games from Bittcoment. All the games I downloaded from there worked fine.
Now I'm downloading from GCTracker and almost all of the games work not good.
There are a lot of Disc reading errors.
My chip is viper. cobra bios 1.6. My Cube, lens and chip are fine.
What is the problem?
maybe the Gctacker site is not for viper users?
Before wriiten "the disc could not loaded", there is a lot of noise from my cube.

2nd: What method do you use to burn the images?
3rd: I have no problems with gctracker images.

One thing that used to happen to me is that if I burnt game at 1x or 2x they never worked so I burn them at the fastest speed and since I use mini-DVD's and they are Ritek I burn them at 4x and all work perfectly.

how coem on fullsize discs i have to burn them at 12x to get rid of DRE's? on the optodisc minis i can burn em at 1x and play fine.
Ritek Ridata mini GO4 totally suck! only 4 out of 50 worked and i burned em w/ Nero 6.6. at 4x. 1x,2x gave me same results.
imgburn only works on fullsize for me.

Zombie for some reason I use Ritek and it is the only media that works fine burning at 4x no problems and for everyy ten discs I burn 10 work fine. So I could say it depends on the burner too.

I use Nero 7 and have had no trouble with my GC games.
Most of the time DRE's are due to media issues.
Other things that could make a diffrence....
GameCube drive
POT settings
Speed that you burn at
So I would sugest to getting good media. Just because the disc worked one time dosent mean they will the next time you buy them. Could be made from a diffrent manufacture. Iv ran across with DRE problems myself from buying cheaper media.
I had alot of DRE problems when I first started off and tried everything that people sugest (burrning software, POT, Burn Speed etc etc) nothing worked still had DRE's.
Wasnt till I started getting TY's(TYGO2) that it fixed the problem and I have perfect burns now.

Thing is, Brakken and the rest of TehSkeen.net's staff all reported having problems with Nero 7, which is more than enough reason for me to believe that it's a bad idea to use for GC games. Many of their forum regulars also reported problems, which further justifies not using it.
I have it installed on my laptop and my brother's comp, but I haven't installed it on my desktop PC since I use it for GC back-ups. Seems to work well on the computers I use with though, since it works great with PS2 and DVD movie back-ups.

I think 196 was good mine is at 210. I think you should leave it to 200 and you will be fine but now what GC version do you have; although, I don't think it really matters, does it?
