there is something called beats of rage which is the same thing i think, or you could play it on dgen emu...
i played it a little while ago stil thinking it was giong to be good, but it was not...

i got streets of rage u can get it off of a site google for it aslong as you own the original i got it for a emulator

Mate if you have 1.5 then get the Sega Genesis emulator, then find the streets of rage ROM for that emulator (google it), put it on your psp and away you go.

I been playing my genesis emulator loads on psp and works great for the classic games - just completed streets of rage funnily enough!

You can also get classic games like sonic, coolspot, double dragon etc etc
