Hello

I have made a realy bad mistake i wanted to see if i could unlock my wifes tmobile motorola v330 got to the subsidy lock put in what i thought was the unlock code and now i get a error message to contact provider and wont go away tried to turn it off and on still says this please if any one knows how to reset hard or soft or to get this phone back to working order or i am in the dog house with the dog.....
