i know that the toxicbios 1.4 has to be loaded via MC dev1 on v14 consoles with the normal dms4 lite chip installed - but what about the official dms flash 0.6?Is this capable of cd flash and a v14 console with a normal dms4 lite chip installed?

Nt sure if the V14 is different than the V12 i have but i didn't have to load it in any special mode. I have a DMS4 Pro and use the ToxicOS, but i just burn the cue file to a CD, and stick it in and it loads right up.

I am not sure what the official DMS flash does as i do not know anyone who actually uses it, everyone i have seen uses Toxic because of the extra features it will provide.

Yeah the Toxic flash works wonders for me, does anyone out there use the DMS flashes? Better than toxic???

i doubt highly that the DMS flash is any good. If it was then there would be no need for the Toxic flash and everyone would be using it.

yeah the toxicbios flash is the better of the two. However, with a v14 ps2 it has to be flashed using a memory card and cannot be flashed via the flash cd upgrade system.This is since the dms4 lite has only partial v14 support.
But...what i really want to find out is if the offical dms4 flash by the dms team itself also is incapable of flash cd upgrade. Is it, or can it be loaded on a v14 using a flash cd?
