.MP4 Volume Increase?

Is there a program that lets you increase the volume of existing .MP4 files? I know PSP Video9 lets you do that when you convert, but what about .mp4 files that I already have.

I think what youd have to do is extract the sound from the movie.
It will be mp3 format After youve got the mp3 you can put it back in and audio gain it then.
The programs you need
Virtual Dub (im pretty sure Vdub will do the whole process of taking the soundtrack out and putting it back in)
Othrewise Try Virtualdub and Besweet
