I have some photos on my computer, and I can't burn a cd because, there is no cd burner on computer a. How do I transfer files from computer a to the computer that has the cd burner, computer b.
Both computers do have the usb port. Could I use it. a detailed explanation would be appreciated.

why don't ye buy a external usb hard drive and move the photos there, and that way you can share ye photos with any computer ye have.

and its a great back up in case ye computer crashes.

Get you a jump drive or piggy back and transfer them that way. You can buy one fairly cheap and I use mine all the time to transfer items from my home computer to work. You can get one at Wally world
for about $30.00 Use USB port to transfer them. Good luck.

(providing you have internet access on both computers)
Why dont you zip all your photos into 1 file, and then upload them to yousendit.com which can handle about 1gigabyte(for example), or your email acount !!
that way you'll be able to burn it whitout buying expensive storage material !!

hope this helped !!

I would use a Crossover cable. Its an ethernet cable that enables you to connect two PCs very easily and transfer date in full duplex.

Anoter one would be to buy a internal hard disk, but an external enclosure, put the two together and make it a external USB storage drive and transfer files. I recommend doing it this way as internal harddisks are cheaper than buying an external hard disk.

I believe if both your computers are connected to the internet, you can use something called FOLDERSHARE. It is pretty good and works well. Both your computers need tohave foldershare installed to swap files.
