HEY when I go to set up a webconnection for my psp. when i go to scan it says, select the acces point to be used. It gives three things SSID and under that it says MTSairport, then it says WEP and under that it says WEP, and Says Signal Strength and gives a signal number. THe directions on this site say push the right directional pad and select custom for the address setting it doesn't give me that option. Can anyone give me step by step directions on how to do this.

is that YOUR network "MTSairport" that is Wep Protected?

After youve done the scan and your at the "scan completed" page
Press X and it will take you to WLAN settings
in the box where it says SSID it should say MTSairport
if it doesnt type that in.
After that you press right on digital and it will ask you to enter the WEP key. This is the password to your network it can be found in your router.
Is this your connection at home or are you at the airport?
If its not your connection and its encrypted you wont be able to log in.

You wont be able to log in unless you know the encryption password.
I suggest you look into getting a wireless router or wifi max

i had the same problem as u and i was mad and looked for help like you but no help. so i took out the battery and the mem card and umd and then i started flipin the on and off switch and do the same with the lan switch and give it a little shake too before you do it.
