Okay so DVD2Onex seems great and all and everyone just says "oh use DVDDecryptor" to decrypt the DVDs and bam, you're on your way... well DVDDecryptor isn't available on Macs so anyone else know where I can get an OS X decryptor? thanks

There is a program called DVD Backup which works almost like DVD Decryptor. If you do a search for DVDBackup you should be able to find a link to download it.
