I was just wondering if there is some way that I can back up all of Ps2 save files onto my computer

there are lots of ways besides the action replay, most any cheat device has a memory manager and if you have .elf capability there are at least a dozen different memory managers as well as file browsers that allow you to copy/paste to and from the memory card to the USB port to transfer to your PC via any USB mass storage device.
