I've been using this program for awhile and it is great but I need some help. Sometimes when I convert .AVI it works fine and other times I get this - Unsupported audio stream. I know my audio streams are mp3... why doesn't Santa support it??? How can I fix the problem? I tried re-installing and sometimes it will then work with the same file I tried previously but then it does it again with others. I keep re-installing, and it isnt fixing the problem anymore. Please help
