I have an xbox and want to mod it with a new hdd and to run avalaunch. My friend has one that was done by someone but doesnt know how he did it. I dont want to use a mod chip, and need a walk through to help me out. Any help would be appreciated

first off you will need to softmod here is a tutorial for that
