search online, there are many many sites that have them.
search "PS2 modchip"
The best 2 i know are DMS4 Pro and Matrix Infinity
most sites have them for about $50
I would not advise trying to install it yourself unless you are VERY good with a soldering iron and very tiny wires and solder points.
