every time I try to load halo 2 or any other programs it takes forever!!!! Also when playing halo 2 it seems as though the rendering isn't taking place fast enough and the game freezes? any ideas on how to fix this?

I did try both, the disc will boot but the one from the HD hangs then gives me a dirty disc error. How can I get a dirty disc error from the HD? idk but I think it is a memory leak...somewhere... do you know how to flush out the memory on the mother board? the HDD isn't full.
i doesn't really matter because it does it with all games and apps. i'll load off the cd but takes a long time and then it like find of freezes throughout the options and won't load maps. do you know how to reset your memory?
