If you cant find them there, take the Best Buy ad to a Staples or Circuit City and they will price match it. Chances are you won't find any left at BB so when your there grab the ad and then take it to one of those stores. I know Staples will price match 110% of the difference, but I'm not sure about Circuit City, they may be only 100%. So you can get them even cheaper at Staples, like $13 something. Also if you can't find MIJ anywhere the MIT aren't too bad. They aren't Taiyo Yuden, but there are still good media and are for sure a lot better than Playo.

Geroid04- sounds like a plan ! - My understanding is that both the DVD+R & DVD-R 8x MADE In Japan Sony's are Taiyo Yuedens -although the 8X dvd-r's may actually code out as sony ! Here's why ! bought two 50 count containers of your Sony 8X DVD-R media (Made in Japan) at a local retailer ! BESTBUY ! and was just curious as to when sony started manufacturing their own DVD media? I am aware that there are several DVD media Manufacturers /plants in Japan but that none as far as I know of are Sony ! Has sony built a new plant ? Just curious because most companies Don't actaully manufacture there own media - They outsource / or contract witha media mfr. Such as Taiyo Yuden , TDK , CMC ect... Well That's how I read it anyways ! but from what everyone is saying lately !The new trick to Finding the MIJ sony's atleast the 8X DVD+R ones is to look for the ones that have a OCTAGON shaped spacer on the top of the spindle - The spacer will be white in color - If you find them with the Spacer that is Grey in color & round in shape These will be Made in Taiwan Sony - Still not bad media but if you can get the MIj's for same price go Japanese !
