hello,

pls bare with me for i am new and know nothing :/ .

my original phone broke, so now i am attempting to use a friend's old nokia3200b. my cell phone company/carrier is cingular, the nokia phone is originally att. upon putting my cingular sim card into the phone, the phone says it's restricted and needs a restriction code. if anyone can help, it would be really great. the cell phone is my only means of communication at this time :/

here's all the info i can find, i don't know what would be useful:
