has anyone had a problem burning "Just Like Heaven" with Dvd Shrink? Maybe there is something wrong with the original. thanks

I backed up this movie using DVD Shrink alone, used shrink to reauthor the DVD so as to backup just the main movie and 5.1 AC3 english audio channel. Had shrink create an ISO image file and burned it to disk using DVD Decrypter.

I've tried burning this movie twice and get the same errors in the same spots of the film. I am using my tried and true method of:

Decrypting to hard drive with DVDFabDecrypter Free
Burning to blank Fuji DVD-R with DVDShrink

This method has always worked for any movie I've tried it on, but for some reason when I burn "Just Like Heaven" to a blank dvd it locks up and skips at about the 33 minute mark and the 74 minute mark. I end up losing a minute or two of the movie in each spot. I burn the movie only, not the entire dvd. I don't care about the menu and the other crap.

The only think I can think of is maybe I've got some bad blank DVDs or my burner is becoming fried. Neither of these make sense though because all the other movies work fine.

Fuji's are so so media, how fast are you burning these, try 4x no faster than 8x. Make sure the firmware on your burner is up to date especially if these are 16x media. Try running the file through VobBlanker and see if this corrects the problem. I did this movie a while back, and really did not have a problem with it using AnyDVD and Shrink. Cute movie.

i burned this movie with nothing but DVD Shrink. no problems. the only difference i see from yours and mine is i burned my with Verbs.

arniebear, I've had nothing but great success with Fuji 8X DVD-R's and always burn at 4X. What media do you use?
