Uh oh! this looks like a doosy! I have not had a chance to back up my copy though I anticipated it would look like this "LOADED" maaan! AnyDVD, SHRINK, Nero, "Don't fail me now"! This one will be for the skilled and intelligent, The brave and experienced (I guess):) I'll keep my VOB Blanker on ready. Let's see who backs this one up 1st with menu and extra's and the least amount of steps. I'll see ya back in a few.:P
Just got thru backing up "Narnia" Good grief, I thought it was going to cause me to have a 'childhood trauma' like Geisha did(never did get that to back up). With Narnia I tried dvdshink, halfway thru it, gave me a "memory" error(very odd, never had that before) so I tried Clone2with AnyDVD and it worked like a charm.
BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN. Just dvdshrink..very easy. Thank God!
@buffster..geisha was a snap to back up for me..using CloneDVD..i think madagascar was like the most troublesome movie for a lot of people here but clone dvd worked for it too.
"Success"! I backed up NARNIA/FS with AnyDVD, VOB Blanker, and Nero Recode2. Which for all the compression concerned here, going this route boosted my compression to 67% over CloneDVD2's low 47% with menu's and extra features. I also backed up BrokeBack Mountain/FS with just AnyDVD and Nero RECODE2. I also used the same combo on "DIRTY" & "Bee Season".:P
