Just a few questions that dont seem clear

When you download a backup iso if that iso runs on firmware 2.60 will mph loader be able to play it?

Can you play wireless games i.e. 2 player pes 5 using backup games?

what are other ways to play backed up games other software emus?
(just names dont have to detail)

When you download a backup iso what are the two flash folders for?

Oh and will we be able to play umd movies through an emulator some time soon.

I can only answer a couple mate, u can play wirelessly from the backup on ur stick and as far as i know u cant play umd movie ISO,s...yet anyway.

Not likely alot of the 2.6 games arent working properly, unless you use launchers which are specificaly made for that backup.
eg Street fighter, worms, they dont even use the MPH they use runumd.

I dont know what u mean, if you mean emus
you could get DGEN - genesis
SNES

They are the fimrware you are emulating
basically to get those backups working, the prog needs to pretend (emulate) a specific firmware eg GTA requires 2.0 so inside the flash0flash1 is the 2.0 firmware dump.

so for example if i got a backup copy of gta off the net to save me ripping it i cud use a different program to run it like run umd

so if i was a complete beginner what applications i.e. mph loader run umd would i need

i.e. mph loader for isos that are 1.5 and below (i think)

run umd for 2.6 games that work is that about it

im asking these questions cos once i got enuff info will make a tutorial for backups and various applications such as mph and keep it updated as much as i can

it depends on which games they are
if its the ps2nfo packs then they can be left on the stick as they dont clash

But if you mean the old old games that ran on fastloader then you could just set umd emulator to direct load or copy load and it should play fine.
this is the most compatible pack ive found.
