Ripper does not copy all of DVD to HD

Hello, I used smart ripper and dvd dycrpter but both of them only copy 3GB of the dvd to the HD. How can I get my dvd-rom drive to read the whole disc?

Also I can only play dvds on power dvd they do not work on any other media player.

In Smartripper hit FILE button then where you can select ALL and all check boxes will be ticked.

You will now have ALL DVD files as they were on the original.
You will need to take all files to do episode back ups.
