Animated screen selections in main menu

I was curious if there is any way to animate the little screen selections in the menu screen when making a VCD and burning it onto a CD-R with a CD burner? I use Ulead Movie Factory 2 to make my VCDs with a menu screen and background music. Thanks.

The only program I've seem that would create an animated menu for VCD is Sonic's MyDVD. It creates animated menu buttons which displays the first few seconds (configurable) of the video segment.
