I think i have a big preoblem. I have firmware v2.60 is there any way i can go back down to 1.5 or use umdemulator isos on my psp. when i try using umdemulator it says file corrupted and i try clicking on it and it will not run.

no you cant downgrade, you are stuck, however here is what you can do with your 2.6
