sup guys. OK Season 1-6 recorded just fine using DVD Shrink, but when I got Season 7 I ran into an issue. It would record just fine. put the DVD in, and the menu comes up. You select PLAY and the DVD stops. So I push play again and it would start playing. But the sound is all screwed up (it sounds like they are in a concert hall and fades in and out). I had this same issue when I recorded Celebrity Roast of Pamela Anderson. New Comedy Central protection? Anyone got any ideas? Ive used DVDDecryptor (and DVDFab) then used DVD Shrink, but same thing. really frustrating.

I used DVD Shrink with AnyDVD in the background and Nero to burn..I do have to push play twice like you said. The first time I push play, my DVD player says stop, then I push play again and it plays through just fine, I have only had three or four movies/DVD's that do this, I think Red Eye is another one. As far as audio problems though, I had none so I can't help you there. Maybe try it with AnyDVD if you didn't already? I have not tried the Pamela Anderson Roast so I don't know anything on that one. Do all 3 of your South Park discs do that same thing with the sound?

i havnt tried the other 2 discs cuz im tryin to think of other ways to copy it right b4 making more coasters. I have AnyDVD runnin in the background. its just weird that it only happens on my Comedy Central discs and nothing else. Red eye recorded perfect for me. I dunno. kind of frustrating
