1. To use UMD emulator do I need to have the real UMD of GTA LCS or can it be just any UMD (for example NBA Live 06)?

2. How do I backup my psp games without having to download them from online?

3. Will backups of games work on a 2 gb memory stick pro duo or do I need a 4 gb hdd? (hdd because they read faster/does it matter if 2 gb mem stick pro duo is normal speed?)

4. How much data can a UMD (dual layer) carry?

5. How long approximately should it take for hackers to make a downgrader for my psp. (I have version 2.50)

P.S. How much space does UMD emulator take?

If I insult you...don't get offended...my insults are "friendly insults"...I know this sounds stupid (ridiculous) but I am fet up of writing, "no offense" in my posts...

My Comp: (will add specs later)

Any UMD, even the Demo Disc

2. How do I backup my psp games without having to download them from online?

Using Fast Loader 7, but it takes very long and it only works on 1.5

3. Will backups of games work on a 2 gb memory stick pro duo or do I need a 4 gb hdd? (hdd because they read faster/does it matter if 2 gb mem stick pro duo is normal speed?)

Games can work on a 512mb or above

4. How much data can a UMD (dual layer) carry?

Around 2.5gig

5. How long approximately should it take for hackers to make a downgrader for my psp. (I have version 2.50)

As Soon As They Feel like it. Which might be tomorrow, might be next year.

P.S. How much space does UMD emulator take?

Not alot, maybe 7 megs

Another 2 questions:

1. Is there any way to compress (not take out files) to make 2.5 gb's fit into a 2 gb memory stick pro duo? (I mean this in the sense of psp games, let's say when games will be over 2 gb, how will I fit them in a 2 gb mem stick?

2. Is splitting my solution?

The following is fastloader 7 specs...just want to no for the splitting part is that what I need to compress? (if not exactly compress then tell me how it works is it like I play half
the game on split 1 and on split 2 the other half?)I'm trying to find out wether or not I should buy the 2 gb memory stick pro duo (http://www.gamebuzz.ca/online/memory-stick-p-7540.html?cPath=27_42) instead of 4 gb hdd (which adds bulk and price)

(v0.7 changes:

no longer need of removing UMD while selectiong ISO - just insert any UMD at startup and play around !
even more compatible (RR works now, others possibly too ?)
Possibility to start inserted UMD from selection menu (to allow overclocking)
New backpic (?V0.7″) for ISOMISC/
integrated UMD dumper with splitting, pausing and USB function!
Dumps the inserted UMD into the ISO/ drawer (?My latest Dump?) if no splitting is selected
Dumps to ISOSPLIT/ drawer (?My latest Dump_Part #?) on splitting
Splitting of the files can be in 10 MB, 20 MB, 50MB, 100MB, 200MB, 400MB and 800 MB chunks
Auto pause mode (?*autopause*?) : Pauses the dumping once a splitpart reached the selected size, so you can turn on USB (triangle), save the part to the PC, delete from MemStick after and go on with the dumping of the next part (resume with square)
Splitted parts can be concated together with ?copy /b? for example
***** Warning : The dumper DOESNT check the free space on Memstick for now ! *****
(Make sure it fits before, either splitted or unsplitted !)
***** Make sure you add a drawer ISOSPLIT/ on the root of your MemStick ! ******)

If I insult you...don't get offended...my insults are "friendly insults"...I know this sounds stupid (ridiculous) but I am fet up of writing, "no offense" in my posts...

Any memory stick duo even the 32mb one.

NO, thae splitting part is only for those with 1gb memory sticks. It cant be split when playing. It must be one file
The splitting is only for when dumping onto a stick that is 1gb

Dumping = ripping the UMD into an iso backup that can be run off memory stick

Just like you rip a dvd movie iso its the same thing.
