this is probably a stupid question but which video type takes up the least amount of space?(divx, avi, mpeg, etc)
my files are mainly avi, if it is possible can u plz tell me where to get the converting system needed.

Divx will probably give you the smallest file size, while keeping the best quality of your .avi files. Go to www.divx.com and purchase the Divx pro bundle, then you will get the codec so you can convert your current files to Divx.
