Hi,

My psp Doesnt Want To Play Umd Anymore.

I was trying to play SpiderMan 2 The Movie And it didn't load
so I tried to play a game (NFSUG2) but same thing.
How can this be? i mean just all of a sudden my psp dont want to run UMD

was v1.5 (got stolen)new ceramic white 2.6---> downgraded to 1.5 :D

this person had the same problem as you
Take note of Sniper78 he also had the same problem and he fixed it by removing some screw
If your not sure about this just go to a shop that repairs games/mods consoles they should be able to fix it.

It's most likely the laser is the prob. You might of droped your psp or something lol.

Thev, you are going to have to call sony. Explain to them what happened. And they should send someone out to you and do a psp swap. However if you have a 1.5 you are going to get a 2.6 back.

Or you could try getting it fixed at a local shop or black market ad ask them NOT to upgrade the firmware
