ok now i kno that this has been answered somewhere, so if it has just tell me where, if not, i was wondering if anyone knows of any freeware that will convert an .avi to an .iso or video/audio ts folders (.avi to dvd basically). im really sorry if my dumbass couldnt find it. thank u

now name calling isnt going to get you anywhere.We cant expect you to find everything.But a good starting point for you is to check out the link for filepedia at the bottom of the page.

In the mean time heres the free link to DivX to dvd.This application will convert your AVI to mpeg2.

http://www.filepedia.com/video_software/dvd-r_tools/vso_divxtodvd...

From there you can use your burning app to get it to disc.I prefer Nero but there are others like imgburn for example.
