Sorry I forgot, what was the best Quality settings for the 3GP Converter, cause I need to convert my film 701mb (Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children) but I want it to run smooth and have good graphix and sound as well for my white psp, what is the best configurations?

Never used it but i can tell you a setting from video9 should be the same
If your 1.5
29.97fps
768kbps
128kbps
SP
2.0
I dont know if 3gp has AVC but video9 does and AVC pwnz SP
same settings as above
In PSP Video 9 you can encode video up to 1500 kbit/s (though to do this you must trick the PSP into thinking its 768kbit/s video by forging the MPEG-4 headers).

The lower you have the bitrates of the audio and video the smaller file will be. So you will have to decrease the quality of one or both for a smaller file.

PSPvideo9 384kbps with TWO PASS audio 128kbps for an hour an half is 331megs. And the picture is class.

Umm, I have a problem, When I tried installing, it says downloading, and than it says connecting, and just hangs....

PSP Video 9 requires the .NET Framework to operate. If you do not have this installed, it will attempt to automatically download and install this during the PSP Video 9 installation. If for some reason this fails and the .NET framework is not installed, you will see this message:
"The application failed to initalize properly (0xc0000135)"
or this message:
"Mscoree.dll Could Not Be Found"
To run PSP Video 9 successfully, you will have to manually download and install the .NET Framework yourself.
