I have a very important question to ask everyone. I needed to know if anyone who has a video capture card in their PCI slot to help me with this question. I wanted to know because i just bought a brand new video card for my pc which runs on windows xp from ebay. Now the item was new but didnt have the original packaging but it did have all of the instructions and equipment its supposed to come with but the thing is that when i installed the software and i wanted to use my video card to watch tv through my CABLE cord so i went to properties and there was an option to either have an antenna input or a cable input and when i TRY to put it on cable input and press APPLY it automatically goes right back to antenna input and i have tried everything to try to get the cable input to work but it always shifts back to antenna for some reason and i dont know what to do. So again im trying to watch tv on my pc but it wont let me for some reason because it wont let me keep it on cable and it stays on antenna input. So PLEASE if anyone can help me with this problem and if you can tell me the right way to install the software that would be great. And oh, i forgot whenever i restart my pc it always says CANNOT GET DEVICE for some reason so if anyone knows what that means that would be great thanks.
