No Audio with NeodivX rip?

I've got a set of 3 mini-DVDs that a friend of mine recorded straight off his digital camcorder of some stuff, and I need to put them all on a single DVD. Tried NeoDivX to rip it, which went seemed to go fine, but it said it couldn't decrypt Key1. Not sure what that means. Everything else went fine.

When I go to encode the files, also with NeoDivX, it will recognize the video files, but it acts like there is no audio. I've tried ripping an audio track by itself, but it says there isn't one. I've watched the DVD on my TV, and it had sound. Any suggestions?

I'm having to create an LST file for the VOBs, which I think may be the problem, but I'm not exactly sure how.

File on the DVD are:
VIDEO_TS.vob
VIDEO_TS.bup
VIDEO_TS.ifo
VTS_01_1.vob
VTS_01_0.bup
VTS_01_0.ifo
