123 Copy DVD Problems

I love 123 Copy DVD. Its a one click solution and exactly what I was looking for. I copied several movies fine with no problems and then purchased the software. I copied a few more and everything was fine, although I am now having problems with one DVD.

Weather im copying to DVD or HDD, the DVD will stop reading and transcoding at a certain percentage. Usually 4.1% to DVD and 7% to HDD. The read light on my DVD drive stops flashing, the timer goes up on 123 Copy DVD as nothing was wrong however the percentage does not.
Anyone else had this problem? Any ideas on how to solve it?

I originally thought it was because I had errors on install. I got a windows error message and installation froze at 84% due to corrupt Windows files. The fix on the Copy DVD website didnt work so I downloaded a fix that I found on google which solved the installation problem. However it didnt fix the copying problem.
