Can I use my PS2 USB HDD, instead of the memory card, to save a game on too it? I have an unmodded 50004 PS2 version. And I use USB Advance for playing my games. It's pretty frustrating not to be able too save a game :( It's a shame that memory cards for the ps2 are so damn expensive here in Romania!!!!

thx in advance :)

PS: i really need help at this..:( So if u would be so kind and help me, I will be really thankfull :D

Sorry for my bad english.....:P

Sorry, they havn't come up for a solution to save your games to the hard drive instead of your memory card.

To do that it would involve rewriting each and every game to tell your it to save it's game saves to the hard drive instead of the memory card. That's just way too much work for something so small.

actually it seems to be decided by the company making the games.

I was very suprised when NBA 2K6 saved to my HDD instead of memory card. I was glad that at least one other game besides Socom 2 used the stupid HDD.

actually with code breaker... u can store saves on the HDD and restore them when u need them... yeah its a pain to copy it back and forth... but if u have lets say a socom 3 update that takes alot of space... u can use this method if u only have one memory card...
