This is what I have, I can't find anything that exactly fits my situation. I have a Magnavox tv, Video in 1 set, 3 colors, audio out 1 set red & white.

Magnavox vcr plus, on the front, I have video-yellow and audio-red& white. On the back of this I have two red & white audio and two yellow video.

I have Sanyo surround 5.1 DWM-2500 on this I have 1 set video in red & white, 1 set audio in red & white. It also Monitor out video-yellow, and s-video. It also has component video out.

I also have RCA Satellite it has 1 set red & white audio, and 1 yellow video it also has s-video

I also would like to hook the playstation 2 up.

I would like this all to be heard on the surround sound if possible.

I also have a Radio Shack 4-way audio/video selector if needed.

Please help me if you can. If you have some type of diagram to help so I can see it step by step I would really appreciate it.

Thank you so much
April

The only way you are going to get surround sound through all or your equipment is by using your A/V selector, since neither your TV or receiver has enough inputs for your components. You need to run your audio from each component into the selector. Your audio is the red/white cables. You also need to run your video from each component into the selector, your video is the yellow cables. You then need to run your "audio out" from the selector to the receiver's "audio in" and run your "video out" from the selector into the TV's video in. It's not really going to be worth it to use your S-Video, because your TV does not have an S-Video input and I am guessing that that receiver won't up-convert your video. That's going to be your best option of hooking everything up, sorry I don't have a diagram but I hope it simple enough. Let me know if you have any other questions or need more detail.

The way I was referring to was by hooking up each component through the switch box individually. You could do it your way also pepsimaxx, I always prefer not to run components "through" each other when at all possible.
